Who Are We?
Cutti Consulting was founded to solve a problem too many organizations ignore: the disconnect between how facilities are built and how they’re maintained. After years working in both construction and facility maintenance—from aviation and water treatment plants to managing 120+ county buildings—I saw the same patterns over and over: systems failing too soon, staff burning out, vendors left unsupervised, and maintenance treated like an afterthought.

I created Cutti Consulting to fix that.

As an LGBTQ woman-owned business, I bring both grit and perspective. This isn’t just about checklists and contracts—it’s about building smarter systems, empowering your team, and creating spaces that actually work. I’ve lived the headaches of reactive maintenance. Now I help organizations move forward with proactive strategies, clear vendor oversight, and maintenance programs that hold up long-term.

If you’re ready to stop duct-taping problems and actually solve them, we’re ready to help.

Mission
To bridge the gap between construction and facility maintenance by delivering practical, tailored solutions that improve operations, extend asset life, and empower teams to work smarter—not harder.
We exist to help organizations stop patching problems and start building sustainable systems that work from day one and hold up over time.

Vision
To redefine how organizations approach maintenance and construction—where facility operations are no longer an afterthought, but a critical part of planning, building, and long-term success.
We envision a future where proactive systems, empowered staff, and smart design create spaces that actually work—for the people who use and maintain them every day.
